The Marmite cookbook, Paul Hartley's first book, set a new standard in food for everyone to easily acheive. Not withstanding the world's favourite love/hate relationship with the product, there is something in there for everyone to like.

This was quickly followed by books on Colmans Mustard, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Lyle's Golden Syrup, HP Sauce, Marmite Tips, Marmite World, the Store cupboard cookbook, Bovril, Guinness and most recently, Horlicks all with tantalising recipes using these everyday products.  All of these books have innovative recipes that are easy to follow and most importantly, delicious.

Paul’s big passion is breakfast and his website www.breakfastandbrunch.com was created together with his wife Lynda in 2001 and is now believed to be the largest breakfast information station on the Internet.   Flying the flag for the best meal of the day, Paul spends much of his time cooking, travelling, writing and broadcasting about the value and pleasure of the breakfast occasion.

Paul is a regular broadcaster and has appeared on BBC 2 Food Poker, BBC Radio 4 Food Programme, UKTV Food’s Market Kitchen and is a regular contributor to several local radio stations and many magazines and newspapers.
